Payment:

I agree to pay the remaining balance of my retreat package by August 1, 2023. If I do not pay the full balance within 7 days of the due date, my retreat booking will be cancelled. Any portion of the payments previously made are transferrable should another participant wish to take my place.

Cancellation Policy and Refunds:

I, the undersigned, acknowledge all payments towards the retreat, including the initial $500 USD booking deposit, are non-refundable, but are transferable. I understand if I cancel my booking I will forfeit my payment. However, if I can find someone to go in my place they may pay me directly.

Travel and Transportation:

I understand that it is my responsibility to organize my flights and inform the retreat hosts of an accurate itinerary. I understand that transportation to/from the airport and the retreat center is included and that I MUST arrive at Puerto Vallarta airport no later than 4:00 PM and plan to departure no earlier than 12:00 PM. I understand that if I do not arrive within these times, I will need to arrange and pay for my own accommodation in Puerto Vallarta until transportation is available.

Insurance:

I understand that it is strongly recommended that I have my own travel insurance to cover trip delays/interuption due to any unforeseen events, as well as any loss, illness, injury or other circumstances.

Release of Liability:

I, the undersigned, acknowledge that it is my responsibility to inform the facilitators of any injury or other condition that might affect my ability to participate in any activities, and to inform the the facilitators immediately if an injury occurs. I will not perform any activities to the extent of strain or pain. I will follow the facilitators safetly instructions. I understand that this wellness retreat is not a substitute for medical attention, examination, diagnosis, or treatment. I should consult a physician prior to beginning any activity program.

I do hereby forever waive, release and discharge Michelle “Chel” Rogerson, Lara Wharton, Alejo Desiderio and all others acting on their behalf from any and all claims or liabilities for injuries or damages to my person and/or property, including those caused by the negligent act or omission of any of those mentioned or others acting on their behalf, arising out of or connected with my participation in any activities, programs or services of this retreat and the hosting facility.
