    As a former stressed-out lawyer turned mindfulness and meditation advocate, Lara brings a wealth of personal experience to her meditation and Yoga Nidra teachings. A committed yogi for 18 years with thousands of hours spent in meditation and on retreat, Lara's journey towards inner peace has been consistent, patient and exploratory. Through meditation and yoga, she discovered the profound connection between stress, physical tension and emotional well-being, and has been guiding people through private sessions, corporate workshops and wellness retreats internationally through Listen Lightly since 2017.


    Lara's teachings are rooted in the latest science of nervous system relaxation and emotional release. With a blend of mindfulness, meditation, visualization practices, Yoga Nidra ("Yogic sleep"), chakra energy work, reiki, ayurvedic medicine practices, breath-work, and cannabis-assisted meditation journeys, she guides her clients towards finding a more balanced nervous system, healing specific injuries or traumas, and towards cultivating more peace in their daily lives.
