New to meditation and want to incorporate it into your life?
Join this workshop to understand how meditation effects your body, brain and awareness. Learn the basics such as proper posture, when and how often you should practice, and a variety of simple methods to start working on. We'll practice several guided meditations throughout the session so you can feel it out and ask questions. You will leave with all the tools you need to get started meditating on your own, feeling confident in your ability and excited about the journey you're beginning!
